Getting around Playa del Carmen is simple and convenient. Most places are walkable, especially since many accommodations are located near 5th Avenue and the beach. You’ll also find bike and scooter rentals perfect for short rides around town or along the coast. Taxis are easy to find but don’t use meters, so always confirm the price before the ride. For budget-friendly day trips, colectivos (shared vans) run regularly to Tulum, Akumal, and nearby cenotes. If you're planning to explore beyond Playa, rental cars are a great option just keep in mind that parking in the city center can be limited.

**For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.

The building is currently undergoing some improvements and light construction work may occasionally be heard during the day. Even with this, the apartment remains a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Accessibility Note: There are a few stairs at the building entrance required to access the property. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility limitations or are traveling with heavy luggage.
